UPDATE - It’s still up.  But, me thinks it’s been up too long to be legit, probably an error.  I’ll keep watching it.
Tiger Direct is listing them as avail. It’s been up for over an hour so who knows if it’s a glitch or they still have them.

TMX flew off the shelves today at Toys R Us stores across the US. Reports from shoppers seem to have about 80-200 TMX’s per store and in almost every case they sold out with in minutes of the store opening up. There is some encouraging news as there reports of Toys R Us store managers expecting a decent supply of TMX Elmo to come in the following weeks.

The order page is still up.  That makes at least 5 hours by my estimate.  Odds are this is a big mistake and many many people are going to be getting cancellation emails.  Reports from people Calling Tiger Direct are supporting both the “oops, didn’t mean for that to be up” theory.  But, there remains the outside chance that this presale, or at least part of it, is legitimate.  Stay tuned…..
